The Land
The WildWoods sits on 50 acres in Hadley Township, with roughly 33 acres of open pasture and 17 acres of mixed woodland and wet ground. What used to be tired hay fields and scrubby woods is being reshaped into a layered system of pasture, silvopasture, and wildlife habitat using adaptive grazing instead of heavy tillage or synthetic inputs. Every new fence line, seed mix, and grazing move is aimed at waking this ground back up and making it more alive year after year.

Former military aviation and industrial installs guy turned pasture nerd. Chris handles the grazing plans, builds the infrastructure, and keeps the day-to-day livestock work moving in the right direction.

Sarah works full time as a CRNA and still helps keep the whole operation (and Chris) in check. She’s the brain behind our apparel design and will eventually steer the boutique/farm store and hospitality side of The WildWoods.

Amanda and her crew are the on-the-ground backup: chores, projects, and the everyday “neighbor energy” that makes this place feel like home. She’ll be the face of the future farm café and community hangout.
